Hi Dr. Burke. I was just at the training seminar for GNC at East Gate mall and I asked about the possible MSG in the calcium caseinate.
I was hoping you could keep me posted on that.

Hi Paul. I looked into this and there are no links whatsoever between the processing of caseine or any other protein and MSG. Thanks for the great question and for attending the training session. All the best, Darren
