Schedule for Taking MPOWER, ENCHARGE and PROMASIL

Thanks for your reply regarding taking MPOWER/ENCHARGE with a pre workout sup. My next question is what would be the best way to take these sups including whey protein so that Im not overloading my body per say. A training day and nontraining schedule would be much appreciated. My 5x week training is very intense and I would hate to endanger my health by combining the wrong sups or to many sups at that. Thanks for your help

Here is how I recommend taking MPOWER, ENCHARGE and PROMASIL together. PROMASIL-Take 4 scoops per day. 1 scoop early in the morning, 1-2 scoops immediately after training and 1 scoop near bedtime. ENCHARGE-Take 3 capsules 60 minutes before training and 3 capsules immediately after training (Take them with your post workout PROMASIL shake) MPOWER-Take 2 capsules 60 minutes before training. You can take the 2 MPOWER and 3 ENCHARGE capsules together with water 60 minutes before training or competing. This is the way I advise all elite athletes that are looking to maximize training adaptations and make significant gains in functional muscle mass and strength and stay lean. Train hard and keep me posted on your results.
