I am a hockey goaltender and I will start my summer training and workout for the next season. I want to improve my muscle strength, my muscle endurance and my cardiovascular endurance. For next season on game days, I also want to have better energy. I played canadian junior hockey and I am now playing university hockey so I want the best products.
