If you are looking to gain muscle a great formula to follow is: (weight in pounds / 2.2 )= weight in kg x 2.50 = Daily Protein Requirement Great sources of protein to increase lean dense muscle are eggs, chicken, and a high quality protein powder such as PROMASIL.
