Kick your training into high gear with MPOWER. Each serving provides three powerful complexes to help boost work-out energy, alertness and thermogenic activity. 

THE PLAYBOOK

Take 1 capsule of MPOWER in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon for the first week. After the first week, take 2 capsules of MPOWER in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. On training days, take one of your daily servings (1-2 capsules) 30-60 minutes before exercise.

    Pro athlete approved, no banned substances. Very recommended for women and men. Low calorie (100 Calories per serving), high protein content, very clean, tastes very good for a whey protein compared to competing brands. 7 different proteins. Not chalky and doesn’t upset my stomach (I don’t like milk or chocolate drinks and I don’t mind the milk chocolate flavour.) Compared to others I am super satisfied.

    On the site it recommends you take 1 scoop mornings and 1 after training days.

    I’m only having 1 scoop a day, on rest days 1 first thing in the morning and on train days 1 scoop right after my workout. Eventually I will begin to have 2 scoops on training days. (Personal preference, I only train a few times a week)

    I also use Rivalus Steam & Mpower its the perfect POWER package.

    Totally worth the price considering how clean it is, I have a ton of friends who use Rivalus and reccomend it.

    Says to take 1 capsule in the AM, 1 in the afternoon the first week. Then 2 in the AM and 2 in the afternoon none training days. Training days 30-60 min before. I’m only taking 1 a day in the afternoon (since I am just doing basic training) and I have a combo of supplements.

    I also take promasil protein and steam from Rivalus.
