How do you take PROMASIL?

Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1-2 scoops with 250ml of water immediately after exercise. On non-training days take 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at bedtime. For best results use PROMASIL every day and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 times per week.
