Absolutely love this stuff. I need a protein drink that also has carbs, but not a lot of junk. Clean Gainer has everything I was looking for, but nothing unnecessary. As a firefighter, I can’t stick to an eating schedule that easily, so having this to supplement my meals is perfect. The flavor is second-to-none. I tried a sample of the cinnamon toast cereal and the chocolate fudge that someone brought to the station and both were amazing. I ordered the campfire s’mores and it too is delicious.

This is my favorite product from Rivalus. I have been using clean gainer as my post workout for years.30g of protein and carbs the ingredient list speaks for itself and it tastes like a milkshake. I have looked at others because sometimes Rivalus can be pricey but really none have compared.

I waited to write a review until I had all the flavors. All of them are very good and with a good clean diet and persistent exercise, this gainer makes a big difference. I will take this between breakfast and lunch during the work week with my shaker, usually around 10am. I add extra carbs by grinding up some steel cut oats and when I am home using my blender sometimes I'll add a banana or some peanut butter and take it after my workout. Powder mixes very well. I use almond milk in the blender when I am home and water in the shaker when I am at work. Highly recommend this product.

If your looking for a lean muscle gainer….this could be for you. You have to find what works best for your body. I have been extremely satisfied with this product. With proper diet and training, I have put on 8lbs of muscle in 2 months.
