INGREDIENTS:4 bananas3 eggs ¾ cup yogurt (I used high fat plain)¼ cup melted butter2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup Promasil Strawberry Creme protein 1 ½ tsp baking soda1 ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
DIRECTION:Mash bananas, and combine with yogurt, eggs, and butterMix in dry ingredientsPour into greased muffin liners or greased bread panBake at 325 degrees F (20-25 min for muffins, 35 min for bread)Enjoy!
