Most people would agree that the best part about baking cookies is the raw cookie dough! This yummy, easy to make No-Bake Protein Cookie Dough is the perfect weekend treat, that's not only safe-to-eat, but also insanely delicious! Check out the simple recipe below:⁠

Ingredients :⁠

  • 1 scoop Rivalus Vanilla protein powder ⁠
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour ⁠
  • Pinch of sea salt⁠
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened applesauce⁠
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (optional but recommended)⁠
  • 1/4 tsp Butter extract (optional but recommended)⁠
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dairy Free Mini chocolate chips⁠
  • Directions:⁠

  • Mix together protein, coconut flour and sea salt.⁠
  • Add in the applesauce, almond milk and butter extract⁠
  • Stir until fluffy and mixed. ⁠
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.⁠
  • Enjoy right away, or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes! Best eaten on the same day you make it. ⁠
