- 2 scoops RIVALUS Vanilla Protein Powder
- Truvia, Stevia, or other 0 Cal sweetener of choice -- sweeten to your liking!
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 16oz fat free cream cheese
- 12oz fat free greek yogurt
- Mix protein powder and sweetener
- Add eggs and egg whites -- mix.
- Add cream cheese -- mix.
- Add yogurt -- mix.
- Bake on 250 F in a sprayed pan for 30 minutes
- Turn oven to 300 F and bake for an additional 35-50 minutes
- Let cool completely before cutting into 8 pieces.
