OUR RETURNS POLICY

WE SHIPPED YOU THE WRONG ITEM

We pick every RIVALUS order with care, but occasionally we get it wrong. When we error, we do everything in our power to make it right, including: quickly shipping a replacement item and paying all return shipping fees for the incorrect or defective item. All return items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, or otherwise altered or damaged. PLEASE NOTE: Consumable items such as protein-based powders and dietary supplements are not eligible for return and are non-refundable (we’re guessing that you wouldn’t want to purchase or use foods or supplements that were in someone else’s possession either).

HOW TO MAKE AN RETURN OR EXCHANGE

In the event that you received the wrong item (as a result of our error), a defective item, or a clothing item that does not fit, please Contact Us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will promptly respond with instructions for receiving an exchange or, if your order qualifies, issuing a credit or processing a refund. Unless we sent you an incorrect or defective item, refunds and exchanges do not include the cost of return postage. Food and supplement products are not eligible for return or refund. 

REFUND PROCESSING

Please allow up to four weeks from the time that you provide the package to your return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect, approve, and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

RECEIVED DAMAGED SHIPMENT?

Contact Us to report a damaged shipment. Delivery damages must be reported within four days from the date that the order was received.

Anywhere within the continental USA. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO boxes, or to international addresses with the exception of Canada. Please visit www.rivalusnutrition.ca if you live in Canada.

WHEN WE SHIP

Orders for in-stock items received before 2:00 pm (CST) usually ship the same day that the order is received. 

HOW WE SHIP

All RIVALUS orders ship FREE. Shipping carriers include FedEx and USPS. After order completion, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.
