Ingredients :⁠

  • 10 ounces of orange juice⁠
  • 1 serving of frozen strawberries and bananas 3/4 cup⁠
  • 1 serving of dry oats 1/4 cup⁠
  • 2 scoops of Rivalus Rival Whey Vanilla Protein ⁠
  • Directions:⁠

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender⁠
